Spring Break 2025 Anger Management
Spring Break 2025 Anger Management Class!!!
All of the youth were able to identify their triggers and learn coping skills to manage their anger in a healthy way. Special thanks to Southaven Police Department, Inspire Health + Wellness, parents/guardians, and others for making this a great event. We really appreciate all of you.
Halloween 2024
Parents and youth came out for a fun afternoon of treats, resources, and games.
ANGER MANAGEMENT: SUMMER 2024
The summer anger management groups were a success. Each youth were able to do the following: learn and recognize warning signs, discover triggers, learn and practice techniques to utilize in the future, and learn appropriate ways to react. Learning was fun as we ended the class with a water balloon challenge and prizes.
